How to register, fees, submission of your poster?


The period for online registration opens on 1 July 2019 and close on 30 october.
Registration after this period will be subject to acceptance by the symposium secretariat and may involve an increased cost.

Note: This symposium will have a numerus clausus.
Only a maximum of 200 registrations will be accepted (by order of registration) as this will be a practical symposium.

Registration Confirmation

Once you have registered online, the symposium secretariat will confirm your registration via email.
If 5 days after making the payment does not receive confirmation of your registration, you should contact the secretariat of the symposium through the e-mail:

Receipt Issuance

The secretariat of the symposium will issue a receipt regarding all paid registrations, which will be sent by e-mail.
Participants must indicate the information to be included in the receipt when completing the registration form.

Submission of abstracts – Posters

Abstracts can be submitted for Poster Presentations.
Submission must be done through own form and must be done until 30 october 2019.
Abstracts can only be submitted in English and can not exceed 2,000 words.
You will receive confirmation of your acceptance or not within a maximum of 10 days after your submission. The Scientific Committee of the Symposium may propose changes.
At least one of the authors must be registered in the symposium, a maximum of two posters per registered participant will be allowed.

Posters must be presented in vertical format with the following maximum dimensions: 120 x 90 cm and should be exposed throughout the event. The author (s) will be requested to remain with him or her, at a time to be defined by the Scientific Committee, to proceed to the possible clarification and discussion of its content.

Cancellation policy

The cancellation of registration must be made in writing, via email, to:
There will be an administrative charge of € 30, on all cancellations.
Cancellations received up to 31 October 2019 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee after deduction of administrative expenses. Cancellations after this date will not be refundable. Refunds will only be made after the symposium.

Payment methods

Payment by bank transfer with e-mail or payment via PayPal is accepted as payment methods. In the case of transfer, ensure that the name and surname entered on the registration form appear on the payment receipt.
